On the morning of October 22, 2025, 31 representatives from 14 BRICS countries, including Brazil, Egypt, Russia, Indonesia, and South Africa, visited Shenzhen Jicheng Technology Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange program. Representatives from the BRICS Future Networks Research Institute, the Shenzhen Longgang District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Construction Engineering School, and other relevant organizations also participated in the inspection. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as collaboration in vocational skills training and sharing experiences in developing manufacturing talent.
The delegation first visited the Jicheng Vocational Skills Training Center on the first floor. Here, they learned in detail about Jicheng Technology's closed-loop training model of "online education + offline training + employment services." Through a teaching method that combines virtual simulation with real-world hands-on experience, participants can both learn theoretical knowledge online and conduct advanced, layered practical training in modular, project-based training facilities.
